Return Policy



We are happy to guarantee a refund within 30 days from original purchase date! 


Items purchased from the Creative Home online store can be returned in new, unworn, unused condition with all tags and original packaging within 30 days of purchase.


Several types of items are exempt from being returned:

- Customized products (custom size, custom design, custom name/initials, custom color, etc...)

- Extra Sale Items (Discount Codes, Special Offers & Days)

- Gift Cards

- Downloadable products

- Some personal care items like toweling (should be completely unused for returns and in perfect condition)


To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If 40 days have passed since the order was placed, and the return/exchange is still not delivered to our address, no refunds/exchanges will be processed and the transaction will be final.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at 



Exchanges (if applicable)

We accept all types of exchanges within 14 days, you can exchange your items for the same items in different sizes, colors, etc. but also for different items. We only replace items ourselves if they are defective or damaged.

You will need to ship your return within 14 days in original packaging and perfect condition. No restocking fee is charged on exchages. Please refer to the shipping section below for shipment instructions. 


Order Cancelling

Orders can be cancelled within the next 24 hours after they are placed. After that, we can't cancel orders as they are prepared to be shipped or production has started. If the customer wants a refund he/she must ask for a return when the products arrives, following our Return Policy thoroughly.




If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.



Defective Items

If you receive a defective item you need to notify us at within 7 days after receiving the item. If 7 days have passed since the delivery of your item(s), it/they will be considered as non-defective and any claims regarding faulty items will not be accepted. Please make sure to contact us within this delay, we will make it right for you as quickly as possible, rest assured.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs, custom fees, additional costs and taxes are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, taxes, additional costs and custom fees will be deducted from your refund.

You must use a shipping service with tracking (like DHL Express or FedEx) or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don't refund any lost/damaged packages. If the package doesn't arrive in the next 21 days after it's been sent, the package will be considered lost and we won't issue any refunds.


You must also notify us immediately with the tracking number and the carrying company once the item(s) is/are sent with the content of the package. If no return tracking number is provided within 3 weeks of ordering, the return will not be accepted.


When shipping, please make sure to declare a package value below $10 USD to avoid any extra customs / return fees and declare it as a return of merchandise.


SAMM Tekstil San. Tic. LTD ŞTI, also known as Creative Home, isn't responsible for any goods subjected to customs office.


The clearance, additional charges, duties, taxes and fees of any kind of returned items to Creative Home from the customs office belong to the sender/shipper.


Creative Home may or may not clear the items from the customs instead of the sender/shipper, if both parties have found an agreement or not.
