Please note that Bamboo is naturally antibacterial, meaning it stays fresh longer and does not require frequent washing like standard cotton towels or clothing. Our robes are designed as a luxury, long-lasting garment, and over-washing may reduce their lifespan.
Bamboo cleans itself over time so for typical home use, washing once every 3–4 months is sufficient.
To preserve the luxurious softness, absorbency, and refined details of your Creative Home robe, please follow these care recommendations:
🧼 Washing
Machine wash cold or warm (20–30°C / 68–86°F).
Higher temperatures may weaken bamboo fibers and reduce softness.
Use a gentle liquid detergent.
Avoid optical brighteners, bleach, or harsh chemicals.
Do not use fabric softeners.
They coat the fibers, reduce absorbency, and flatten the robe’s natural loft.
Wash on a gentle or delicate cycle to protect the texture and the appliqués.
Turn the robe inside-out before washing to minimize wear on embroidery, velvet, or faux-leather appliqués.
🌀 Spin-Drying
We do not recommend high-speed spin cycles as they may damage decorative appliqués.
If needed, use low spin only (max 600–800 RPM) to protect the garment’s structure.
🧴 Additional Tips
Add ½ cup (100 ml) white vinegar to the rinse cycle occasionally to maintain softness and remove detergent buildup.
This keeps the fibers fluffy without harming appliqués.
🌬 Drying
Air drying is preferred.
Lay the robe flat on a clean surface or dry on a wide hanger, shaping it gently as it dries.
Avoid direct, strong sunlight which may discolor fabric or appliqués.
If using a dryer, choose:
Low heat / delicate setting
Short cycle (10–15 minutes)
This helps lift and refresh the fibers without stressing the appliqués.
🧵 Appliqué Care (Velvet / Faux Leather / Embroidery)
Keep away from high heat, iron, or steam—iron only the fabric, never the appliqué.
Do not pull or stretch areas with appliqués when the robe is wet.
Store on a wide hanger to maintain shape and avoid pressure on decorative elements.
✨ To Maintain Long-Term Softness
Wash with similar textured items (avoid zippers, rough fabrics, etc.).
Use minimal detergent, as excess residue makes bamboo fibers feel stiff.
Shake the robe gently after washing to lift and separate the loops.
✔ Summary
Your robe is crafted from premium natural fibers and detailed by hand.
With gentle washing, careful drying, and protection from excessive heat or friction, it will remain soft, plush, and beautifully preserved for years.
