How soon will I receive my order?

Our team is working 24/7 to process and ship your orders as fast as possible. Each order is processed within 24-48 hours (during business days).

Due to high demand on promotion items, orders currently take 1 to 7 days for worldwide delivery from the date of shipment. 

 


Where does it ship from?

Our products are handmade and shipped from Turkey.


 

Do you guarantee delivery?

We guarantee that your order will be shipped to the address you provided on time 100% or we return your payment.

Please make sure to add all the information regarding your address details and contact information. It is highly recommended to add a phone number for the courier to reach you for your delivery. 

Issues related to missing address/contact information, local regulations such as customs clearance, and held packages due to customer related issues are the sole responsibility of the customer.


 

How can I track my order?

As soon as we process your order, you will automatically receive a tracking code via email or sms (please verify your spam/junk mail). It will include all the instructions you need and a web link so you can always check the status of your package.
