How soon will I receive my order?

Orders currently take 1 to 7 open days for delivery Worldwide from the date of shipment.

Orders in countries effected by the current COVID-19 virus may experience some additional delays in delivery times but all packages will be delivered 100%.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we process your order, you will automatically receive a tracking code via email (please verify your spam/junk mail). It will include all the instructions you need and a web link so you can always check the status of your package.

Returns

We are happy to guarantee a refund within 14 days from original purchase date and additional 7 days after the original delivery date!

Items purchased from the Creative Home online store can be returned in new, unworn, unused condition with all tags and original packaging within 14 days of purchase (and 7 days of delivery).
